Cloud Solution "KONTEON" Offer Agreement

This document is a public offer by Mezhdunarodnye internet resursy LLC (OOO «MIR») (ООО «МИР», OGRN 1167847147511, INN 7807115235, address: 20-115 Chekistov St., St Petersburg, 198329, Russia; the "Licensor") to enter into a license agreement for the use of the cloud solution "KONTEON" (the "Service") under a simple (non-exclusive) license.

Using the Service, registering an account, or paying for a plan constitutes full acceptance of this offer by the user (the "Licensee").

1. Subject

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose, within the limits of the selected plan, worldwide, for the term of this agreement. The Licensor retains the right to use the Service in any manner and to grant licenses to others.

2. Licensee's rights

• Use the Service to create and store projects, calculate estimates, and download results, within the selected plan.
• Grant access to the account to authorized end users, for whose actions the Licensee is responsible.

3. Restrictions

The Licensee may not: reproduce, modify, or decompile the Service or its code except as permitted by law; create derivative works; sublicense or resell access; circumvent plan limits; or use the Service unlawfully.

4. Plans and payment

Plan features are described on the Pricing page. Payment, auto-renewal, and refunds are governed by the Paid Services and Subscription Terms and the Refund Policy.

5. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is". Estimates, calculations, and renders are for reference only and are not project documentation. Liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Use.

6. Term and termination

The agreement runs from acceptance until the Licensee stops using the Service or deletes the account. The Licensor may suspend or terminate access in case of breach.

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Claims may be sent to support@konteon.ru.
